Cost to build in Victoria, Texas the home plan above plus or minus $300,000 + Realtor and closing fees $35,000 , Loan origination cost $40,000, for a total development cost of $375,000 + -.
Then subtract that $375K from the potential asking/selling price of $850K + -, would yield a NET profit of $475,000 divided by 50% each of $237,500 to both the land owner and Hugh Buys Homes LLC.
